Special edition Golden Proton Robot Tin Toy Windup. Striking gold and orange colours with primitive 1950’s style square head and spring across his head.
The robot has large feet, Wind him up and he walks with pins under his foot platform enabling him to sway side to side as he moves forward.
He carries a wrench in his hand as his arms also mechanically sway back and forth as though he is marching.
Every tin toy starts out as a flat sheet of metal that is printed and then cut into separate pieces. Each piece is then formed into its final shape through numerous tooling stations. The pieces are then hand-assembled to create the final toy. So, minor marks and paint flaws can occur.
All tin toys are produced in the same style as they were in the 1950s and ’60s.
